It's normal to hear a buzzing noise from the solar charge controller. This can be heard as the battery is charging on bright days or when the battery is nearly fully charged. The noise is the solar charge controller adjusting the charging current to to the battery, mechanical resonance makes the buzzing sound.
Inverters can make buzzing, screeching and fan noises when in use. This is due to harmonic distortion and magnetic fields when the voltage is being 'stepped up'. Cooling fan noise may also be heard when the inverter is in use and sometimes after use for a minute or so to help cool the components inside.
